2. Data, Documents, and Conversations

  • The platform supports storage and exchange of client documents, attachments, and service conversations.
  • You should only upload, share, or process materials for which you have legal authority and consent.
  • CA-Workflow may enforce technical controls for security, auditability, and controlled document access.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Certain features may require active paid plans, invoices, or item-specific payment unlocks.
  • Payment processing is handled through supported payment partners and governed by their operational flows.
  • Taxes, invoicing information, and billing obligations remain the responsibility of the respective account owner.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

  • You may not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit platform functionality beyond permitted use.
  • Unauthorized access attempts, abusive behavior, piracy, or policy circumvention may result in suspension.
  • Violation severity may trigger account restrictions, termination, and legal escalation where required.

  • Support is available for platform-level issues through official communication channels.
